It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

Aramex is very good. Their charges also comparatively less. I removed 2 stars becuse the app is hopeless. I made a pick-up request and paid. I am waiting for the around 3 days but no one arrived. I have called the office and reported twice. No use. They gave the pick-up persons number, but that person is not picking up his phone. The funny part is the app is telling every day to schedule a pickup time and when I do it, it says that the customer has changed the pickup date and time.

as an individual, I've previously used the service , no problem. I need to use the service today, so last night I update the app, as it's been a while. I can't get in. that stupid ####£&£ing captcha function, x3. then after that , guess what??? I don't receive the OTP. right now it's almost 12 hours since the first OTP to get into your app. and I still can't get in. unless I get this sorted in th next hour, I'm going to travel further and use the service of one of your competitors.
