Communication issues (NFC connecting but not starting the selected wash cycle). App isn't so practical to use (No way to edit self-made programs. As soon as you go in it starts from scratch.) No way to tell which programs on the dial are for which cycle (Some symbols in the app correspond but not all are shown and it means searching to find the one you are looking for.) A lot of unnecessary clicking to start the special programs in the app, when they were working (Have to confirm 3-4 times)

"checkup" does nothing. Says waiting for a minute or two, but then stops and nothing has happened. Viewing the last report fails to show anything after a couple of minutes of waiting and with no indication why. You're forced to run a new checkup which also results in no information with no clue as to what went wrong. I fail to see the point of this app and why you shouldn't just use the dial? Notifications of a completed dry have never worked. The NFC one touch area is extremely insensitive

Like others I've stated, says I have no Internet connection when trying to add the washer. I have wireless connection and LTE on two SIMs in my phone and it doesn't like any of them. Edit: the manufacturer has patched the app and now the process gets one step further than it did before, but still fails. Now it gets to the point that the wireless credentials are sent to the washer and then it throws an error and quits. Now the washer will no longer bring up the "rr" function which is the step that the app sends the wireless network information to the washing machine.
