It's like Fort Knox to get into even for yourself. Far too complicated. I have to get out my paper documents every time I need to log in because the PINs and activation codes are too long and the letters explaining which is which need reading over again every time. Defeats the point of banking on the go if I have to be at home where my physical documents are in order to use this app.

Error message "Can't install SecureGo Plus. Try again ..." during an update attempt. I've already freed up storage space but this simple app still doesn't want to update. Other apps update without any problems. EDIT: just discovered a trick to force-update this app. Reboot the device, then instantly open the GooglePlay app and start the update process. If you use any other app before updating SecureGo Plus, the update process is likely to fail.

worked fine on my old phone, but transfer to new Phone via QR code keeps failing. i made sure i have the latest App Version installed on both devices. what else can I do to fix this?
