This app does not work at all. Neither the video verification nor the selfie verification worked without problems, due to bugs within the fields. Afterwards I was asked to upload documents optional, but then it was obligatory. When I searched for my documents, the app reset the progress so that I should verify again. For like the 10th time. Not recommended. Took me over an hour for nothing.

Your app and website are extremely slow. It’s almost impossible to reach a consultant—either it's outside working hours, no one answers, or all are busy. I created my account months ago and have tried dozens of times to add money, but it never works. This is unacceptable! I need to add funds urgently. I’ve tried in December, January, and February, from different devices, but nothing works. A friend who successfully made transfers last year also couldn’t do it this year.

· Slow & Unreliable App: The app was consistently slow and would often freeze, even with a good internet connection. · Endless Verification: I was asked to verify my identity multiple times for a small transfer. · No Response: After sending my details several times, I never got a reply or any follow-up.
