Would not recommend. 6 weeks for a refund and still waiting. 2 weeks for delivery from purchase. 3 weeks for Evrir drop off to return to Na-Kd. 3 weeks for a refund still waiting. The clothes were big and very poor quality. The previous order 2 years ago the dress were unshrank fabric and as soon it was washed the dress shrank. Would not be returning.

The app does not fit properly on the Google Pixel 9 pro XL's screen. I cannot access the search menu, or apply filters etc. anymore as they are at the very top of the screen, which makes the app impossible to use. It's a shame as this is one of my favourite brands. Please fix this!

The app crashes frequently, lost all my saved items, and videos of items just freeze. Although it says it accepts AMEX, I've never been able to actually pay with AMEX which is annoying, the payment process on this app is so frustrating. They also do not offer free returns.
