Unmaintained app. Exactly as good as it was four years ago. The following have not been fixed: * workouts hang on flaky network - although the app says it downloads required media before a workout. * no biceps moves - even with resistance bands. * uneven workouts: much greater focus on abs than back. * training settings not synced between devices (great if you share a subscription). * nonsensical instructions. Subscription canceled.

This app is a godsend. I used to have an actual subscription but once I entered university and wrote a mail to support, they immediately switched me to a free subscription for the duration of my studies. The exercises are always different, challenging and its easily customisable. Only issue I have is with HIIT&Yoga because they don't let you choose the narrator for Yoga. I really dislike the standard Yoga voice because its so creepily deep. Fingers crossed, they give us a choice at some point.

Good, but not as beginner-friendly as their yoga app. I'm a total beginner with somewhat limited mobility and while I enjoy the app, I wish there was an option for more explanation on how to do the exercises. Even with the setting "Explanation - Full" you just get the exercise name, timing, and encouragement, but not guidance on how to do the exercise, and I feel I don't get the most out of my workout as I'm watching the video for a few seconds trying to figure out the move.
