About this app

Park your Mercedes easily via smartphone. Available with vehicles that are equipped with Remote Parking Assist, from model year 09/2020 with Android 11 or later.
Remote Parking Assist can be ordered with vehicles from the following model series: S-Class, EQS, EQE and E-Class.

Mercedes me Remote Parking: All functions at a glance
SAFE PARKING: With Mercedes me Remote Parking you can park your car easily using your smartphone whilst you are standing next to the car. You remain in full control at all times.
SIMPLE CONTROL: You park your Mercedes in front of the desired parking space, get out, and can now move your car by tilting your smartphone.
EASY ENTRY AND EXIT: It's often difficult to get into and out of the car in tight parking spaces. With Mercedes me Remote Parking, you can drive your car up to the parking space, easily get out, and complete the parking manoeuvre using your smartphone. When you come back to your car later, you can use your smartphone to move your car out of its parking space before getting in and taking the wheel again yourself. If the car has detected a parking space while driving past, it can also steer itself.

Please note: The availability of the Remote Parking Assist service depends on your vehicle model and your chosen equipment. This app supports vehicles from model year 09/2020 onwards. Use of this app requires an active Mercedes me ID, which is available free of charge, as well as acceptance of the relevant Mercedes me Terms of Use.
A poor WLAN connection to the vehicle can impair the app's functioning. Other functions on your smartphone can disrupt the connection, e.g. ""Location"".

Don't bother! after spending the time to setup the app and testing it, the one time I was boxed in and needed this move the car was out of the parking it refused to work, I going in loops and just giving random errors of "something went wrong" absolutely rubbish. don't waste your time with this.

It takes way too long to connect to the car to be particularly useful, and the pattern feature required to move the car is also very frustrating. use fingerprint instead should be an option.

Most of the time this app does not work, totally unreliable. Beware when Mercedes sends us a software update they generally mess up the entire system, they most of the time change all our private settings in the car, this is not acceptable, our parking app does not work after their last general system update. They became real amateurs at Mercedes, they don't understand themselves what exactly they are doing, on top of that their designers made our brand new Maybach look like an S and an E class.
