App needs some serious help!! I've been a pass holder for years and a useful app is needed to manage the benefits. I should be able to see what benefits have been used for the month, be able to redeem within the app (ex. Busch Bucks, photo pass, free food items).

Busch Gardens is an awesome place, but the app is terrible. I feel like they could afford to make a good app for the park. It doesn't list open and close times for many of the restaurants. A couple of rides were closed, and it did not list them as closed so that we could avoid those rides saving time. The menus to the restaurants were not kept up to date. The wait times on the rides are listed, but incorrect. The only thing done correctly is navigate to selected areas.

I use this app for two reasons, one is fit my annual pass which works fine, however the second reason I used it was for ride wait times. However they stopped updating ride wait times and they are no longer displayed in the app. so now the only reason to have this app is to have your annual pass easily available.
