poor quality, doesn't work half the time, shows you look at once, even on accident, show up at the top of your search forever. I only got this app because it was the only way to actually use the ticket I bought. if you're looking for shows, just look online or use a different app *edit* this hasn't been a one time issue, the app has been bad since I got it.

You guys are really adamant in not letting people get refunded for selling the tickets back. I kept trying to add a payout method. At first the Continue button was greyed out with no warning until I realised the DOB is expected in MM/DD/YYYY. Next, it looked like my tickets were sold back but the payout method is not registered. Everytime I try to go to manage payout it returns Something went wrong, check your connection. No problems when I try to buy though.

Awful - can't login for tickets but the same login details work on their website. Worse the website wants you to use the app so won't give printable tickets either. Emailed support and they asked me to try everything I'd told them I already did. They then asked for screenshot, but their app doesn't allow it. I have £320 of tickets which I can't access for this weekend. Can't make it up. update: had a developer response to the above, straight away. They've advised I could ask for more support.
