I paid over 2k for solar panels and battery pack and still Anker sees it necessary to show ads in their app? Apart from that major annoyance, the app is OK but certainly not more. Especially setting up custom times for battery discharge is restrictive and unnecessarily tedious. E.g. you cannot set a time range from 6 in the evening to six in the morning. You need to set up two ranges: one until midnight, the other starting at midnight. Where ever Anker blows their money, it is not on usability.

Quite a good app with a great overview over the Solarbank. I'm badly missing widgets for the homescreen though! It should come with configurable widgets for the current readout of the smart meter, the energy surplus and state of charge of the solarbank. Basically it should provide the information if there is an energy surplus and if it's the right time to turn on the dishwasher for example, without having to launch the app.

Purchased the Anker Solix c1000(x) And it connected seamlessly to the app during initial setup but now the app refuses to connect to the power station. I've tried connecting directly through Bluetooth on my phone, I've tried connecting through the app, and I've also tried holding down the connection button for seven seconds as instructed to reset it. No luck. Should've gone with bluetti or ecoflow. Headed to Amazon next to give it a one star review.
