Never have seen an app where booked flights don't appear automatically. What's the point? EDIT: It's not just that the app is buggy. The customer care is slow. There's no transparency on how baggage is calculated. There's no option to book extra baggage in advance. Some tickets can't be upgraded. While booking, they put you on cancelled flights. The app is the least of your issues. KLM is the issue.

Hello, on our application, you can have access to all your bookings. To do this, in "My bookings" section, press the "+" and enter your booking number and your name to add it. You will be able to customise your trip at your convenience. The KLM mobile team.

Cannot login. It complains that more then one user is registered with my email address. That makes no sense, how can that be? The error message tells me to use my Fly Blue Id, I request it by email, try to use it to login, and it does not work. I made the account same day as I tried, the password is correct, it a very flawed login system.

Absolutely horrible app. After taking the time to create a worthless account just to get my boarding pass, I learn that the app will not show the boarding pass and just loops endlessly. Additionally, the app does not recognize that I have already checked in, and when I try to update my status, it also softlocks on the page. Horrible experience
