Hi! Yesterday I was charged 3,875.00 pesos by WPS OFFICE LITE. I wasn't aware of having any subscription. I may have unintentionally activated a free trial without realizing it would result in an automatic deduction from my GCash account. I did not intend to subscribe or authorize this transaction. I kindly request a refund of the amount that was charged. Thank you!

I was recently charged ₱1,677.14 and ₱2,800.00 by WPS Office lite, but I was not aware of having any active subscription. It is possible that I may have unintentionally activated a free trial without realizing it would result in automatic payments. I did not intend to subscribe or authorize these transactions. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the amounts charged. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.

I like WPS because it is simple, fast, and easy to use. It gives me everything I need in one place—documents, spreadsheets, and presentations—without being complicated.
