The game is bugged, and beginners' protection is removed when you attack another village. but I didn't, I cancelled the attack within seconds, yet im punished. customer service doesn't seem to want to help. Not listening!

Thank you for your review. As soon as you attack a different player within your beginners protection, the protection will be removed and cannot be reinstated. There is always a pop-up to remind you of this.

Do not install this game! there are significant better ones than this clown fested game. I used to play this 15 years ago with a friend. it was playable. but now it's absolute unbalanced. I started playing 2 days ago and a tribe instantly for no reason spam attack me giving me zero opportunity to grow or anything. high chance that many are bots because of the weird names and never reply to what I send them. there's nothing to take and the attack don't stop. can't write more. DONT INSTAL!

Absolutely horrible! First of all this game is nothing but pay-to-play. If you don't spend the money, good luck surviving. I spent so much money on this it's disgusting and then when I needed to be absent for a time, they banned me because of INACTIVITY!!!!! I still had premium points in the game that I bought and currently trying to recover either compensation or get the game ban removed. The fact that there was no warning, etc. makes me deeply question the integrity of those who run this.
