I can absolutely recommend this app. I've used it over three months and doing this exercise along with a strict diet with a calorie deficit I've lost a tremendous amount of weight. With this app you can adjust the intensity of all the steps of your workout. if some exercises feel too hard, you can swap them out for easier moves. It's up to you if you want to pursue losing weight or if you want to use more advanced training to get in great shape.

This app is amazing, would definitely recommend. The exercises are shown well with an animation, a written explanation, or a short video demonstration. The sessions (beginner) start off lasting 5-10 minutes, and as you progress they last 15-20 minutes. There's also a 30 second rest between exercises, so plenty of time to get into position for the next exercise. There is also a chart at the end of each session showing your progress, which is a great motivator.

So far so good, I really like the app in terms of how much my abs hurt afterwards😂 I think the exercises are very dynamic and different each day (some repeat of course). I recommend it specially for people who, like me, have no clue about what exercises to perform for the abs, or no willpower to exercise the abs. They was me, and now I can say with certainty that I'm very happy. I tried different apps from the same developers and I'm happy with them! 💪😁
