Edit: Lumo has improved a lot, but there are still mistakes, and a high price for what you get. I'm on a duo plan as of now, and hope that there will be adjustments to lumo for paying users. First review: Lots of mistakes, fails to answer, requires additional subscription to protons unlimited plan for unlimited access, very high price compared to what you get.

You can use the thumbs down button under the response to share your input with us about any inadequate responses. Our team is looking into these reports for future improvement. On another note, adding Lumo would require raising the price of Unlimited due to the cost of AI, so our current plan is to keep Lumo standalone rather than raising prices.

Fast and knowledgeable, I've been using Lumo as a way to learn about the background, social and political to The Battle of Hastings. I've been able to get excellent, detailed and clear English responses to all my questions and musings around this historical period. Really easy to use in its text-based form. I've not had a chance to try anything else yet. So far, so good. 4-stars and it could be 5-stars but I need to use it for a while. Impressive, frankly.

EDIT: upon reinstalling the app, it loaded correctly after it attempted reloading a couple of times by itself (which is what it did last time, but failed/crashed). now to review the actual product, i've generally enjoyed it, but i'm disappointed with the limit on how long inactive chats last. i didn't expect to lose any, but i did, which is sad. i personally think they should last for at least 30 days (a month) for free members, rather than just 7 days (a week) as another review suggests

That doesn't sound right. Could you share more details about the issue? Are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to run Lumo? Do you have any antivirus or firewall software installed on your device? Have you tried reinstalling the app? Contact us at https://proton.me/support/contact?topic=lumo so we can help.
