What happened with the app? It was always perfect and now it is working absolutely horrible. Too much mistakes and search is not saved, instead, the last place where you looked for tickets is displayed, although several countries were entered in the search. I can chose now only 3 countries. The text in the app is jumping... Guys, please, make everything how it was before... it was perfect.

I'm shown a slightly lower price in the app than in the web, just so I can't use my voucher. Then design the voucher directly with a higher minimum order value or the discount in relation to the price. And first they make you believe that you need the app so that you can use the voucher. Fool someone else. Edit:I've found a better price directly on the airlines website. So the support attempt completely misses the point,if you would like to improve, read the rating and reconsider that behavior.

It's worthy to search with the engine, but not worthy to buy with Kiwi. There's no point to get a refund for a cheap flight that we lost because of the preview delay, when the one we bought was much more expensive. Otherwise, Kiwi would only search for a flight after 8 hours, meaning we would lose our working day, and would have to sleep there.. Pay attention to details, on the phone they didn't say this.
