Edit: they added a back up and restore which is great, but now the app has issues opening. and yes, I tried uninstall and reinstall. it's not helping. it keeps force closing. again. at this point it's not worth it to keep trying. the app has been great, but now keeps force closing. I contacted Phillips and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall it.. however if you do this, you lose all progress. my son is over 700 brushings. There needs to be a way to back up and restore data.

Apologies for the crashing issue, Angie. We're working on a fix that should be released next week. We've added a back-up and restore feature: please enable it to keep record of your progress and to be able to grant brushing credit after the fix is applied.Contact us on our website if you need assistance with this feature or have any other questions

How can I get support for this app? Even after the latest update, I have one profile on the app that still crashes, while the other two profiles work fine. I need the crashing profile to work like the others, as it's my child's main profile. When I attempt to reach out to support via the app, the link goes nowhere and comes back with a message about the link being broken. That message includes a link to provide feedback about the broken link, but that link is also broken.

Some aspects have improved. HOWEVER, I was having an issue where it was saying I had to approve a toothbrush session but there was nothing left to approve. Since it said it was backed up, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged in and...it found no profiles. Now my kids get to start from scratch for likethe 3rd time. They are going to be so upset, they worked so hard and the progress is just gone.
