I've tried many times to approach the support team as I'm having issues with the temperature sensors THS 10(I have 5 devices in 2 locations, all having the same issue), but unfortunately all the complains remain unanswered. If you have the same issue, please et me know. The device does not update the temperature on the application or server and when using the automate feature mode that should maintains the temperature between a certain range it fails to do so.I need to open the app and re-enable the Auto mode in order for the device to sync with the server and switch OFF or ON according to the temperature in the room. As I bought this temperature sensor to keep the temperature between a certain range...it makes it obsolete as it does not perform as a thermostat, but more as a manual temperature reader. If you intend to use it as a thermostat......better to buy from a different vendor as THS 10 does not work as expected.

Only works if phone wifi is on 2.4 Ghz. My router and every other modern router shares the same SSID for both 2.4 and 5.0 networks. Instead of paying a software engineer to add proper support for a modern wifi system, the app instead has the nerve to ask you to research and figure out how to reconfigure your router to display a separate 2.4 SSID. Sorry, I'm not bending over backwards and potentially sabotaging the connection of other devices all because half the app was written 10 years ago.

not connected to previous lights. I've just changed the broadband speed, same router but never connected to the light switches. I've worked on it for one week but no result. The other smart plugs have been connected easily to the Smart Life app. I'm going to buy a new switch BUT never eWeLink!
