The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

Sketchy! Frequent issues with the app make riding time and prices increase. Several times I have been overcharged, more money was subtracted from my balance than usage time would have justified. Customer support was initially forthcoming, recently however I did not get compensated for an overcharge. I will not use the service again, because they can seemingly freely subtract any amount from your balance and won't be accountable for it.

Complete garbage. I tried two scooters, which both didn't work. I tried to send several messages to Bird to get a refund (because they still charged me for the failed rides!), but not even the messaging system of the app seems to work! My first two messages don't show up within the message interface, and below the third message is displayed "Message failed".
