You'll need to buy some packs or advance at a snail's pace. Some training missions are impossible on mobile phone, they require PC emulator and a mouse for precision and speed. You only have indirect control of your units as they automatically follow a build in mechanic when fighting, therefore the strategy aspect of the game is severly limited to just unit deployment. Instead there are tons of resource types for you to buy, and you get spammed with "offers". Very disappointing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know your opinion. Just so you know, you can actually unlock most of the contents and progress in the game without paying. Instead of purchases, strategy and tactic sometimes matter more in Era of Chaos!

The game grew on me honestly. It's not really a heroes game but it manages to evoke similar feelings with the sound design (although the visual is quite off, I do like it now). It's great how you can click to see artwork of what units looked like in past games (although I doubt chinese customers cared about that). As free player, just rush through PvP games and collect participation rewards. You won't win but that's fine by me.

Just horrible. Stopped and started playing the game several times, hopefully I stay away for good now. As many games, there is a good workable core, but monetisation and lack of quality (+lack of quality assurance, ie tons of bad translations, texts longer & larger than their boxes, different and opposing words or wordings in different place for the same things, lack of descriptions for many things in the first place) deprive it from being worthwhile...and there's MORE. Either way, whale fodder.
