Had an absolutely bad experience. We booked a flight and a hotel. Hotel booking didn't go through. They made a second suggestion, didn't go through as well. We had to cancel with them and book ourselves. You can't reach anyone who really can help by phone or chat, they always tell you, they are just support and can't book directly. Absolutely the worst company I've ever met for travel bookings. DO NOT USE THEM!

I want to reschedule my flight. I had an insurance so that I can do without any charges change my date and time. But what I found is just a scam. They offered me a new ticket almost same price of a new ticket. The reason what they provided was, this the price what we get from the airline company. I asked how it is possible. If you checked the price on your lastminute.de website and ask them how is this much difference possible to reschedule my flight. They didn't have any clear answer.

Can't even download invoices in the app, and customer service is "less than helpful". First time and last time I'll book with them. And the response of the developers is poor. I actually DID contact customer service via the "Need Help" function. There is where I learned that your customer service agent is unable to help me with a very simple query. Even my request: "could you send me the invoice by email since I'm on the road" was answered with a "No, can't do". That is VERY POOR customer servic
