Very bad experience. I got enough points to redeem. It says that it will take up to 3 weeks for my rewards to arrive but it's been 4 weeks now and still haven't received my rewards. I am not recommending to install this app. Waste of time, data and effort. And now they said my account was suspended due to etcetera etcetera.. Don't install this app. A waste of time.

Poor experience, very bad customer service, unable to log in, my account was blocked as I "violated the terms and conditions", all I did was one survey and then It would not accept my password or reseting my password. Website and app do not work properly and customer service is very unhelpful. I emailed them a few times and response was always general and unhelpful.

The app works fine. The reason for the 1 star is that I've been waiting for 4 weeks for my reward to go to PayPal. I've received no real reason as to why it's still progressing. As other people have said, they don't give you an answer via email. Basically, they just say..."They have thoroughly investigated this case. please be patient while it's being processed. Case closed." I'm sorry, but 4 weeks and no explanation is just not good enough. All they say on here is to contact them via email.
