Great App and workouts! I have been using it for almost 2 years now and I radically changed my body, strength and performance. Love the way workouts and programs are structured. Some things in the app itself should be fixed and improved: I am now running Oxygen OS ( Android 10) and I can not choose any pic from my phone gallery. I am stuck with the application camera...and when I was running on Android 9 I could not upload/use any picture for the rest days posts...as I said some minor fixes!

Deep content - still discovering stuff after 2 weeks of daily use. I appreciate the workouts that combine calisthenics and weights. I would like mobility workouts to be tagged for findability and expanded, if only to include what is already in YouTube. reasonable price if you buy a year up front.

I like the app, a detailed distribution of workout specifically for various parts of the body. My problem is about the progress shown after the workout, I always do the exercises surely correctly, also with the right amount of rests. Unfortunately, the progress only shows 4%-7%. It feels frustrating after working out, and you see that the app doesn't really see the accurate progress.
