Unfortunately, absolutely unreliable. They canceled our week-end activity less than 48h before (the kind of activity you book a month in advance and around which most of our trip was built) because they overbooked it and didn't check with their partners, which they only found out too late. They couldn't offer any valid alternative. I will never use them again and I clearly can't recommend their services to anyone, bummer. Automated customer care email was fine, thank god for AI, right? ;)

Avoid using Headout! It's a mess. They force you to download the app (no PDF tickets) and the QR was almost impossible to scan at entrance because you can't zoom. They also add a 20% markup to the ticket price on top (!) of fees from the event itself. Their "24/7 support" chat even seems an unhelpful AI. The event itself was fantastic, but all this hassle tainted the experience. I'm writing this review in the hope that it helps others avoid the frustration. Find another way to book your tickets.

Over charged by a huge amount for no benefit. €43 for a ticket with a face value of €30. And the official ticket was available, online, with more time slots, at just €30 - so why did I use this app? Bad Google search didn't list the official site until the bottom of the page. A "strict no cancellation policy" means I couldn't swap. Looks like a scam, smells like a scam.
