About this app

Workout at home or at the gym, with or without equipment, the app adapts to what you have available, and to your level! It will create personalized programs based on your objectives, equipment and experience.
These programs will be slowly adjusted over time based on your progress, so that you can always get closer to your goals. It is like having a personal trainer, couting your every rep and making small workout program tweaks along the way.
The main focus in on bodyweight exercises, minimal equipment and calisthenics, but the app also offers traditional weight training, yoga, animal walks and movement training.

Calisthenics, or bodyweight exercises, is a form of physical training that uses the body as main source of resistance. It requires minimal equipment and aims at improving strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. It is also called “bodyweight training” or “street workout”.

I was looking for some good Calisthenics related routine app and this one blew my mind. I really like the progressions for each exercise as well as the alternatives. Maybe you can add pre-defined routines like "reddit bodyweight recommended routine", "minimalist routine". The app also lets you chose your available equipment which is also great: At home I might use my pull-up bar but outside I'm limited to my gymnastic rings. Thanks for taking all this into consideration.

Seems to be different from any other fitness apps that I tried until now. First of all it lets you build a program matching your equipment with a really fine granularity so that you can, for example, just exclude a single elastic band from your equipment. Second, it entails a tree map of the dependencies between every exercise so that you can actually reach a goal by progressing up. Only thing that is not clear for now is the combination of some exercises. on track to be the best fitness app.

Great app. I like it because I don't have to think about how to improve or add to my workout as this app suggests it by itself after every workout. Or if I want to add something specific myself I can simply search or filter through every category or muscle group I want to train. What's exceptional is that you actually have videos of real people demonstrating every single exercise (I believe) that you have on your app.
