Great app especially for FREE. The music is relaxing. I only wish I could play my own during the workout I love the countdown and halfway point features so I don't have to jump back and forth to my phone timer. Most exercise apps don't give you a rest between each exercise. But this one also has the option to skip it each time. I also love that it is a quick wrap-up when done, no having to check off each exercise individually at any time.

I got a new phone (IPhone) since my old one (Google Pixel) stopped working. But I can’t download the app on the iPhone so now I paid over 40€ for an app that I cannot use! Also the calories burned they added to the videos were faaar too high, really unrealistic since the “workouts” were not challenging at all even with additional weights

I'm actually surprised at how good this app is. I'm using the free version and the workouts are doable in a living room with a toddler present- so it goes to show how easy it is to fit into your life. Max amount of time I think is maybe 30 minutes, but the work ours I've been doing are between 10 and 15 minutes. Perfect to ease into moving your body if you've not done it in a while.
