All tests except the wired headset was tested and found to be in working order. It would be good to be able to run this diagnostic app with more ease of access or even to know we have it pre-installed. This app is worth having as it puts mind at rest that your phone is working within its parameters. This is the first time ive used this app as I didnt know it was installed on the phone and found it very user friendly. Well worth having.

Helpful Support Hub for Samsung Users Samsung Members is a great resource for device tips, diagnostics, and getting help quickly. The community forums are active, and I appreciate the personalized support and exclusive benefits. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow or cluttered with too many promotions, but overall, it's a valuable companion for any Galaxy user. Just needs a bit of streamlining to be perfect!

If you follow the recs in troubleshooting your Samsung products, and are directed to report feedback option on the Members app which states to report issues if you are experiencing something unexpected, good luck. I have been trying to figure out an issue with Galaxy Buds3 Pro and for about 2 months I have not received any information or recommendations for the issue, just responses asking for the same information I have already provided repeatedly. Not good for resolving issues at all.
