So far (it's only been a couple days), the app seems generally user friendly. You can choose to go onto your routine or choose from multiple workout types! One thing I would love to see is the ability to see which workouts you've completed so you don't accidentally do the same one over like I did😸. I love that the workouts are gentle for the most part of you can't do a lot on your feet. (The strength days aren't chair yoga days, but they're not that difficult.) Hope you have fun!

I have been using this app since over a week and I am very pleased with the training offered, mainly pilates sessions as they are effective and allows full body to work out. I had few issues with set up but I received great support from the team so if you do experience any problems, app is not showing you all the options, George will help. I was keen to test the meals too but when started, it was not giving me the option to amend meals and calory intake seemed to be a bit higher then expected.

I purchased the workout program for about 12 euros, but once you start the installation, they show more options like “Face Yoga” and other add-ons. You have to click on them to move forward, but they charged me 31 euros something without asking or showing any clear confirmation. I’ve been writing to their support for a refund, but they just keep passing me from one “department” to another without giving any real solution. It feels completely misleading and dishonest. scammers.
