A bit clunky, but it does the job. The shopping basket on my phone app is not reflected online when using the pc. That would be a nice addition. (from 2020) UPDATE 2022: I'm adding an extra star. Without even noticing it, I've been using the app more and more over time as the app becomes more and more polished. Granted, the shopping baskets still don't sync between devices, but the app does everything else I ask of it, so I'll call it good and stop being such a perfectionist. Thanks ZooPlus. 👍

The app seems to have improved over the years nicely, long ago my main complain was about getting bothered with marketing notifications but those seem to be gone and at least they added a channel in the notification permission to disable marketing. The store has always been great and the app makes it easy to order and follow orders without getting in the way.

The best pet shop, has a great variety of products for our senior cat, food for kidney disease, soups, snacks, everything really. When ordering from other online shops, I've had instances where they called to say so and so is not in stock anymore and they can't deliver, and asked if I want to substitute the product for another kind...found that really annoying. But Zooplus always delivered everything, their stock is accurate.
