Prior to using Beeper I struggled to keep on top of messages coming from many different platforms, so I actively looked for a solution and found Beeper in beta, which was a huge step up. They fully remade the Android app from scratch when heading out of Beta, and it took a while to reach feature parity, but it's getting there and they are super responsive to bug reports, I submitted one about the in app photo gallery and in under a week they emailed back saying they had fixed it.

Beeper has become one of those 'quintessential' apps I have to install on any new device I get. I adore having all of my chats in one place and the app works very seamlessly in replacing the default messaging client for me. The desktop version is what seals the app for me being someone who is often on my PC, but having the experience be so cohesive across both devices just makes this app a must-download. Love your guys' work!

Works great, the free option is fantastic. There are still bugs that need ironing out (e.g. when replying to messages, after hitting send, the message is persistently quoted). The app has allowed me to reduce screen time by keeping me away from "reels" and allowing me to focus on interacting with the people I care about. I think the Beeper team should advertise the app like this too, as I know this is struggle for many. One can keep social apps locked, but still be able to chat.
