The app is not working well. The option to book an additional internet option disappeared only on my phone(I see it on the web). I reported it several times to customer support, but they are giving me general answer and don't even respond anymore. You wasted so much money on marketing to attract new customers when your customer support is terrible. Plus, I still can't buy an internet option in app and actually pay you for service. As soon as I use the credit, I will move to another network.

App works fine, solid 5 stars I think, but every time I open it there is a pop up urging me to sign up for their newsletter with no way to disable. So, 1 star it is.
