This is the worst app of an airline I have ever used. It doesn't display any flight information or any other usefull information like gate or so. Also my flight was delayed, which caused my tickets to disappear, so I hat to go back through security to get my tickets printed. If there is a gate change it won't inform you and the boarding passes won't be updated but disappear instead. Also it always needs to load the booking information again instead of saving it for offline use.

Signed up online tonight, and then went to setup the app on my android phone, it installed ok, but when I went to login, it kept coming up with "not found". It seems from looking back over many past reviews, everyone seems to be having the same issue and yet nothing seems to have been done to fix the issue. How many people need to say "this app is not working", before you do something about it....

Extremely slow replies from the care team and horrible app. I expect my flight to be the worst one as well. This is the first and last time. EDIT: Emailed customer service team with the screenshot of the error, they just gave me instructions on resetting my password. I told them 3 times that the error is NOT a password but the app as I cannot even be directed to the sign in page. What I got was the same reply from them which means they DO NOT BOTHER READING YOUR EMAILS/ reading comprehension
