Needed to update the Flip 6 firmware and to pair it in stereo setting, which is fantastic once it finally works. The app itself is really basic. Often it doesn't find the speakers, while android is already connected, which is very annoying. And why can't you see both (or more) the batteries states at once? You need to switch from one speaker to the other, which is simply cumbersome. Anyway, it's best to just delete one pairing and to keep only one, the stereo going over partyboost. Less hassle.

horrible app! Do you want to change any settings of your box besides the name? You can't change them in the app (at least for the flip4). You want to turn off that unbearable starting sound? Not possible with this app. This App is useless for me - but for this it needs your location? Seriously, you cant open the app, without accepting the tracking of your location. This was the Last time I have purchased something from JBL, and I am not recommending the app.

The app does connect to my Xtreme 2 , but all I can do is change the name. I don't know if I did anything wrong, but the features that the app apparently has, are not even on the screen. Edit: I tried to find the mistake, and I think it's because when I looked at the list of the boxes that are compatible with the app, then I saw that my box (Xtreme 2) is in the category of Connect+, which probably means that the app is not available with all of its features for some boxes. Probably good app.
