Worst airline app I've ever used, though the interface looks nice. No way to add a flight you have already booked; the buttons in the ui just link to the website -- including a popover alert for to download the app you are already using! Additionally, (as on the website) i can't manage anything about the booking, because everything produces a server error (can't set meal, can't change seat, etc.). I just hope they have better engineers working on their planes :(

Horrible app. can never show your booking even though entered booking ref. number & email. Its been like that for ages. Wonder when and if they even will fix this. How does Scoot expect people to remember their booking reference number? The only airline with such problem. Please get this problem fixed. It has been raised by many for so long yet nothing is done.

Lousy website and app... can't add new trips after signing in, can't find trip with booking name in app (must be with email, which doesn't work when flights are booked through other travel apps)... it's a shame to call this an associate of Singapore Airlines!
