The app needs to calm down with the upselling and stick to just managing devices. The notifications and banners have been a little annoying, but right now there's a popup for the new Eufy app that appears a few seconds after app launch, just as I'm selecting a room to clean. I end up tapping the popup instead, and then get taken to the page for the iOS app despite being on Android. Other than that, the app works well and is nice to use.

I have the eufy robovac, I don't remember the model. It's a good app and an essential part of the whole robo clean process. It has one major flaw though that's why only 3 stars, you fix this and I'll give you 5 stars. The flaw is that the maps is sometimes lost. So I say OK. Clean this zone on my map, but then it stops suddenly saying zone not found. Then I have to repeat the process of making eufy learn the whole house again. Which is annoying ans do much waste of time.

The app does it's job in controlling the vac and base. Sometimes it feels it could be more intuitive, as some icons are not really self explanatory in my opinion. Room editing is limited to splitting and joining rooms or parts of them, and can be cumbersome. Some potentially useful features/options could be room re-scanning (for layout changes), and empty clean water tank without refill (for storage). Version 3.4.6 crashes when accessing the robot vacuum via more than one device.
