Bend is the best app I have ever come across! It's exceptionally good at motivating you to move with clear, concise exercises, demostrated with simple, sweet pictures and direction arrows allowing you to copy and do it without having to think about it. You can choose to specify an area to work on or choose a full body option. I love how you can chose which area, as well as choose short 4/5 min workouts or go as long as 30 minutes. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get moving daily!

I love the app so far, but they use predatory sales tactics. Triggering FOMO with a high one time only discount, right after installing. We don't even have the chance of testing the app, the discount pops up immediately after setup. Can't check the Look of the app or any exercise before deciding as it clearly says that the discount is gone when closing! Please don't do this, it's a great app and doesn't need those predatory tactics. Let users test the app for a day before giving such an offer!

Great app! It really helps with maintaining a regular stretching routine. However, it would be great to have the option to create custom exercises, including the ability to upload images or videos and add an equipment list (e.g., yoga blocks, resistance bands) for each one.
