I have been trying to update my mobile number on Botim for a long time, and I emailed their support team multiple times, but they never resolved my issue. I even deleted my old account and tried to create a new one with my new number, but it still doesn’t work. It’s been several days with no response from support. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

The new update sucks, profile photo can't be changed after you have selected an Avatar. Now my profile is stucked with a dog in a jersey. Also, I am trying to connect my Botim to the Desktop app, but scanning the QR code will not work. Lastly, I have new mobile and installed Botim there, when I have received the OTP, it's telling that it's not correct. Fix this!

From about two weeks The call is made with difficulty it does not ring most of the time except after several attempts and after exiting the application and returning again.If I add another person to the call, the first person disappear and do not reappear even after reconnecting .This was repeated more than one group and different people from different countries. edit: last few days no group call at all I am very sad for that,tha app befor the update was easier to use fix this please Thanks
