Download the "My AOK" app and register directly in the app. We'll send you an activation code by mail. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

Download the "My AOK" app and log in with your login details. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.
REQUIREMENTS:
You are insured with AOK and at least 15 years old.
Your smartphone must be running at least Android version 10.

We ensure the best possible security for your health data. The My AOK app uses a two-factor login. Compliance with legal data protection regulations is a matter of course for us.

The app is an absolute catastrophe. To get the app registered you have to undergo such steps as if you would open a bank account for placing your millions there. The support page asks for app version and when one is not yet registered in the app, one doesn't get to see this information. How about people who are not technical and / or elderly people??? etc, etc, etc...

Slow and senseless app, which constantly connects to servers and slowly loads every page. It is just a slow representation of AOK website, it is not a standalone app. When the app is closed and reopened, it loads the data again and again. Does it have a basic cache to not load all this data over and over again? It could not even properly connect to the bonus program with the armband and transfer the points.

This app is terrible. It is extremely slow, and I often get the message that an internal error has occurred, and I have to restart the process. When trying to set a password, I'm told I need to use a special character, but all the ones I've tried so far are not allowed (and of course, no list of disallowed characters is provided). My login details can also not be saved, and there is no in-app translation option, or even the option to copy-paste for anyone to do their own translation.
